Of Ossineke, age 85, died Sunday, November 4, 2007 at Jamieson Nursing Home. The funeral service will take place 11:00am, Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mount Morris, with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Family will greet loved ones from 5:00pm until 9:00pm Tuesday evening and also on Wednesday 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am.\

Bernice was born August 11, 1922 in Detroit, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard and Marvel (Whiting) Bindley. She worked at GM Ternstead in 1954; retiring after 28 years. \

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Sandra and husband David Dubuque of Spruce, grandchildren; Donald and wife Rebecca of Howell, Jeffrey and wife Rebecca of Freeland, David and wife Staci of Harrisville, Suzanne and husband Christopher of Howell, William and wife Kristin of Royal Oak and 14 Great Grandchildren.\

She was preceded in death by husband Rudy De Vary, her parents, son Lawrence and brother Donald.\
