Obituary of Ida M. Daniel

Of Gladwin, age 79, died Monday, November 5, 2007 at the Central Michigan Community Hospital in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. A Life Celebration will be held 11:00 am on Friday, November 9, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, with Rev. Grant H. Wessel officiating. Entombment will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. \ \ Family will greet friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm on Thursday and from 9:00 am until time of Life Celebration at 11:00am on Friday. Memorial donations may be considered to the Family Fund, envelopes are available at the funeral home. Ida was born November 8, 1927 in Flint, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glade and Lucy (Webster) Applebee. She married Jerry Daniel on June 11, 1986 and had been a resident of Gladwin for the past 20 years. Ida enjoyed family gatherings, traveling, casinos, shopping and her dogs. \ \ Surviving are her children Susan and Bob Dimitroff, Jeanine and Kurt Gibson, Art and Terri DesRosier, Marge and Ken Frechette, Rose and Dwain Scheller, Linda and Mark Candy, Thomas Daniel, and Alice Mouton; many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; relatives and friends. She is also survived by sisters, Wilma Ii and Louise Bone; and brother James Applebee. She was preceded in death by husband Jerry Daniel and sons Rick and Danny DesRosier. \
