Of Mt. Morris, age 92, left to be reunited with her loved ones in heaven on Monday, November 12, 2007 at Brians House Hospice. The funeral service will take place 10:30am, Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mount Morris. Pastor Tim Evans will officiate with burial to follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Ila's family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00am until 9:00pm also from 9:00am until the time of service at 10:30am Wednesday.\

Ila was born July 19, 1915 in Cohoctah, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest and Catherine (Leahy) Smith. She and Carl J. Campbell were united in marriage December 5, 1961. He preceded her in death August 2, 1990. Ila retired as a LPN for Hurley Medical Center where she was with the pediatric unit for 29 years. \

Surviving are her son, Greg Campbell, daughter, Donna and husband Jim Young, sister, Betty Husocki, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.\
\
Ila was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Walt, Ernie and Everett and two sisters; Mary and Sadie.\
