Obituary of Kenneth Landry

Of Mt. Morris, age 83, died Thursday, November 15, 2007 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. The funeral service will take place 11:00am, Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Rev. Fr. Thomas Nenneau will officiate with burial to follow in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Family will greet loved ones from 12noon until 4:00pm Sunday, on Monday from 12noon until 5pm and Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.\ \ Kenneth was born December 18, 1923 in Flint, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter and Maude (Scheckles) Landry. He and Arlene Cooper were united in marriage June 19, 1976 in Flint. He worked for Buick for 31 years, retiring in 1973. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, American Legion Post 310 and 36th Division of Texas.\ \ Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 31 years Arlene Landry, children; Diane Cicero, Michael Cooper, grandchildren; Frank, Anthony Cicero, Donne Shoup, Michael Cooper, 2 great grandchildren Drake, Kylie Shoup all from California, also many nieces and nephews.\ \ He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.\ \ Friends may share a memory with the family at the funeral home, church or online at www.martinfuneralhome.com.\
