God knew Rick was suffering, so he cuddled him in his arms and took him home. The memorial service will take place at 1:00pm, Thursday, November 29, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, cremation has already taken place. Pastor David Burkett will officiate. Family will greet loved ones from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.\

Ricky was born October 19, 1957 in Saginaw, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth and Charlotte (Brannan) Harrington, Sr. He lived most of his life in Flint, working at several salvage yards in the area. \

Rick leaves to cherish his memory son, Ricky J. Harrington, Jr., daughter Denise R. Harrington, 3 grandchildren, parents Kenneth E. and Charlotte Harrington, Sr. of Glennie, brother Kenneth E. and Sally Harrington Jr. of Mt. Morris, sister Sharon and Michael Kettler of Clio, sister Michelle and Jason McClanahan of Warren, several nieces, nephews and many friends.\

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Stuart and Pearl Brannan, Richard and Mildred Harrington.\
