MR.& MRS. HARTUNG,\ MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. ALTHOUGH MANY YEARS HAVE PASSED, MEMORIES OF HIGH SCHOOL NEVER FADE AWAY. BILL WAS A BIG PART OF MY HIGH SCHOOL MEMORIES. I WILL REMEMBER HIM ALWAYS FONDLY. HE WAS A KIND, COMPASSIONATE AND CARING MAN. I WAS TOO YOUNG TO APPRECIATE ALL HE HAD TO OFFER. I WAS HAPPY TO HEAR HE FOUND SOMEONE TO SHARE THAT WITH. MY HEART GOES OUT TO HIS WIFE AND CHILDERN. I ALWAYS WONDERED IF HE HAD CHILDERN THAT SHARED HIS PASSION FOR SPORTS. EVERYTIME MY CHILDREN PLAYED A SPORTING EVENT AT VASSAR HIGH SCHOOL, I WOULD WONDER IF THE CARO/VASSAR RIVALARY WOULD CONTINUE THROUGH OUR CHILDREN. I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. DEAR ORVILLE & SALLY, We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Uncle Andy sent us an e-mail. We do know what you are going thru as we lost our son 1 1/2 years ago. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of your family. It is the love of friends and family that will get all of you thru this. We would have been there today but we have been in Florida since the first week of December and plan on staying until the end of April. Take care--Love, Tom & Theol

To the Family and Friends of William Hartung\ \ I was sorry to read about the death of your loved one. I know how it hurts when a loved one dies my heart goes out to you all please accept my sincere condolences. I have been comforted by our Heavenly Father's loving promise that he will reunite us with our loved ones by means of a resurrection on a paradise earth;John 5:28,29;Psalms 37:11,29.The Bible's promise has aided many to cope during these stressful times and to have confidence in God's promise that soon even "death will be no more";Revelation21:3-5.

I am very sorry to Bill's family to have to miss him so early in life, for such a long time. I haven't seen Bill since high school, but he was the quiet, nice all-around guy. Cindy, Nicole and family, please feel love and supported in your sorrow. I am sure we all wish there was something we could do to change the last few years, but there is unfortuately not.
