Age 23, of Mount Morris, died Wednesday, June 16, 2021. In accordance with Kori’s wishes cremation has taken place. Kori’s family is having a private Celebration of Life at a later date. Kori was born in Flint, Michigan on January 7, 1998, the son of Troy and Stephanie (Davis) Albring. Kori was raised and educated locally. He had a love for sports and being outdoors. Kori’s true passion was for his music, whether he was listening to it thru his earbuds sitting in a whip jamming out, or rapping in the studio with his bros. Kori loved tearing things apart and rebuilding them. Kori was extremely creative and had an amazing imagination with big dreams, including owning a Dodge hellcat one day. Growing up Kori looked forward to taking hunting trips with his grandpa Larry, simply hanging out and learning the skill of hunting from him. There were many family adventures that Kori enjoyed like traveling and living in different states. Kori had a special love for his daughter Emery, whom he referred to as Junior, as they have the same unique and infectious spirit, Emery is his most greatest accomplishment in life. Kori’s bond with his brothers was rare and unique, whether it was the long talks he shared with his older brother Nick over their love of fast cars, dirt bikes, and guns or watching his brother Troy at his boxing competitions or simply hanging out and going fishing with his brother Aaron. Kori has a love like no other for his brothers and they all share an unbreakable bond. Kori held a special place in his heart for his Momma and Dad. Kori also shares a great love for his family unlike any other with a special bond with his grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was extremely energetic and so full of life.
Left to cherish Kori’s memory are his mother: Stephaine Albring and fiancee, Rob West; father: Troy (Tricia) Albring; daughter: Emery Godfrey Albring; brothers: Nicholas and fiancee, Brittany Davis-Albring, Troy Albring Jr., Aaron Albring; nephew: Kaden; nieces: Riley and Gabriella; grandfather: Larry Davis; grandmother: Catherine Davis; grandfather: Richard Beacon Sr., mother of his daughter: Harley; Many special aunts and uncles; several loved cousins; and so many special friends.
Kori was preceded in death by his great grandparents; his grandmother Sue; and his older brother: Jeffery.
