Obituary of Karen Lynn Hull

Age 58, of Clio, died Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at McLaren Flint. In accordance with Karen's wishes, cremation has taken place. Expressions of sympathy may be placed on Karen's tribute page at martinfuneralhome.com.
Karen was born in Flint, Michigan, on September 2, 1962, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Kathleen (Jackson) Taylor. Educated locally, Karen graduated from Clio High School with the Class of 1980. During her childhood, Karen spent a lot of time at Long Lake. She also spent a vast amount of time at Higgins Like, but her favorite spot was Grand Haven alongside Lake Michigan. Karen met, fell in love with, and was married to the love of her life, Steven on June 10, 1989, in Burton, Michigan. Sadly, he preceded her in death. Karen worked as a clerk for Borden's Pharmacy until her retirement in 2013, she loved working there and enjoyed the people around her. Karen was a wonderful mother and did a great job raising her daughter; they were able to take many trips exploring Michigan. They also enjoyed trips to Florida and Cedar Point. She loved to bake and was a fantastic cook. In her free time, Karen enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, crafts, and camping.
Karen leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter: Amy Hull and husband, Anthony Roberts; two grandchildren: Melody Roberts, Johnny Roberts II; father: Richard Taylor; two brothers: Bruce Taylor, Steve, and wife, Fran Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Hull; mother, Kathleen Taylor.
