When I saw Dorothy's picture i felt a very warm feeling in my heart on how lucky heaven is getting. So many of those I admire are passing on to Glory. Dorothy was always friendly to me when I served in the music dept at First Baptist and her family always encouraged me. I will always be thankful for her touch on my life.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I wish we could be there as you were all there for Mom and Dad. Now they're all together again just like they started out. I stopped by your Dad's when I was home to see Mom and Dad. They were very special and our neighborhood will always be remembered with lots of love. The memories will stay with us for a life time. Hang in there and God Bless You all. With Love Twyla

To my other family, \
How do I begin to express my love for my "other MOM " . to reflect and remember growing up with her watchful eye and knowing that she would always be there for me if I needed her. Remembering the lifetime of growing up and beyond and always knowing that she loved me as one of her own. She was my own Mother's best friend and I know that they are there in Heaven enjoying each others company, perhaps setting on a swing discussing the days happenings. Her memory will always be precious to me. I will always think of her with love.

Dear Karen (Steve), Tammy (Don), Tina (Tim), Wayne (Madelon), grandchildren, great-grand children, I had the privilege of knowing Dorothy for the last 20 years. I well remember her WARM smile, her graciousness, her hospitality and her strong faith. She was a woman who lived her faith. Her love for her God was uppermost in her daily living. Dorothy reached out to others with her gracious hospitality. I was often part of her celebrations at the "neighborhood block parties" and family gatherings especially weddings. Dorothy always greeted others with her smile, a word of support and especially a warm hug. Dorothy's second real love was for her family. Yes, we all have our moments but she reached out to her family and friends with fond love. The welcome mat was always displayed at her door and her door was always open for her family and friends. Dorothy suffered much in her later years with medical issues but she always tried to be self sufficient. She did rely on her family for support and guidance. Dorothy lived her faith. She was a woman of STRONG faith. You couldn't help but have a bit "rub off on you". Thank you, Karen, Tammy and Tina for allowing me into your lives. I am a much better person for knowing Dorothy and her 3 daughters. My heart aches for you. However, my faith tells me that Mom is at peace in heaven with her Lord. Imagine the reception when she walked over into her eternal life to claim her . What a BLOCK PARTY that must have been!!! Know that I am here for all of you. Love, Jane Neussendorfer

To the Salisbury family,\
Please know that our thoughts and prayers for God's comfort to be with you at this most difficult time.\
\
Tammy, Our Mom's are up there together now probably sitting there just laughing at you and me!!! Have you learned how to hold on to an ice cream cone yet? It will take time, but eventually the memories will make you smile instead of cry. Embrace the tears. Treasure the memories. Love You.\
Your Favorite Ex-Sister-in-Law, Terrilynn\
