Obituary of Eddie Bell King

Of Mt. Morris, age 76, died Thursday, March 27, 2008. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 12:00 noon at the North End Baptist Church in Mount Morris. Pastor Steve Windle will officiate with private burial to follow at a later date. EddieAaas family will be present to receive friends at church on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00 noon. There will be no visitation at the Miles Martin Funeral Home. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church.
Eddie was born March 11, 1932 in Mathiston, Mississippi the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John and Ida (Maupin) Erwin. She and James T. King were united in marriage May 20, 1950 in Mississippi.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Linda King; brother, Grady Erwin and sisters; Maureen Smith and Delean Pruden.
Eddie was preceded in death by her loving husband, James and brothers, Hova Erwin and Elmer Erwin.
