Obituary of Johnnie Carranza

Of Mt. Morris, age 51, died Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Hurley Medical Center. The funeral service will take place 12:00 noon, Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Cremation will follow. Family will be present to receive friends at the Miles Martin Funeral Home on Monday from 12:00 noon to 8:00pm, and on Tuesday from 11:00am until time of service at 12:00. Memorial donations may be considered to the Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Johnnie was born September 8, 1956 in Flint, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. Max and Mary (Gonzales) Carranza. He served his country in the United States Marines. He worked as a Supervisor for the United States Post Office in Flint. Johnnie leaves to cherrish his memory 3 children: Selena, Johnnie Jr., and Angela, mother of his children Peggy, 7 grandchildren, girl friend Lupe, mother Mary and husband Jimmy Still, father Max Carranza, 2 sisters: Mary and (Tom), and Ernestine and ( Regino), 8 brothers: Max and (Carlotta), Richard and (Eva), Bobby and (Yolanda), Gilbert, Tony and (Deonna), Danny, Mike, and Jessie, sister in law Pat, many nieces and nephews, and many friends.
