To the family of David Petty, I would like to express my deepest sympathy to you. Although we aren't accquainted with one another, we are acquainted with the pain that is felt when our loved ones die. Our Heavenly Father also sympathizes with the pain that you are going through. In fact, when he created the first Man and Woman, it was his purpose for them and their offspring, which includes us, to live forever without the effects of sickness and death. His purpose has NOT changed; for he promises that the time will soon come in which he will wipe away the tears of sorrow forever and death will be no more. He also promises that our loved ones and many others will hear his voice and come out of their memorial tombs(graves). John 5:28,29;Revelation 21:3-5. May you find peace and comfort in God's promises. Take care
