Obituary of Charles M. Smith

Of Montrose, age 73, died Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Medilodge of Montrose. The funeral service will take place 1:00pm, Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 1:00pm. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Family Fund.
Charles was born October 19, 1934 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Riley and Arvie (Rowe) Smith.
Charles is survived by his siblings; George Smith, Bob (Doris) Smith, Mary Wares, Alice Wilhite, Sandy (Harley) Ayris, Mary Ellen Fowler and Sarah (Richard) Samuelson and sister-in-law, Pat. Charles is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and three sisters.
