Obituary of Nina May Hayes

Hayes, Nina M. age 81 of Reese died Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Tendercare of Frankenmuth. Nina was born July 12, 1927 in Saginaw, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vern and Matilda (Montgomery) Hayes. She was employed by Saginaw Grey Iron, retiring in 1993, with 44 years of service. She was a member of the UAW Local # 688.
Nina leaves to cherish her memory two children: Phillip and wife Sally Hayes, and Diane and husband Walter Zissler, five grandchildren:Michelle and husband Craig Ferber, Jackie and husband Jose Saenz, Donald and wife Jenny Hayes, Rebecca Zissler Hayes, and Steven Zissler Hayees, two great grandchildren Rileigh, and Shane, two sisters Audry Whooley, and Lola Augilar.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers Cornellius, Vern, and John, and three sisters Patsy, Geraldine, and Sally.
Funeral service will be Monday July 21, 2008, at 11:00am at the Martin Funeral Home in Vassar Pastor Doug Bassett will officiate with burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
NinaAaas family will receive friends at the Martin Funeral Home in Vassar on Sunday from 11:00am to 8:30pm, and on Monday from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am.
