My thoughts and prayers are with Danny's family.... I knew Danny for over 40 years and will miss him and his friendship... we had a lot of fun playing football on Sunday's in the good ole days... he was a participant in our annual Fingerbowl football game played on January 1st for many years - he was one of the hardest hitting tacklers I ever played with!! What a great guy.... we had a lot of fun figuring out how to bet the Detroit Lions over the years!! God bless you Danny!!

Charron, Colette, Mike, Lynn & Judy,\ We will sorely miss our friendship with Danny which has spanned over 25 years with John & over 15 with me. He was truly a diamond in the rough, always ready to trade barbs or bet on anything no matter how large or how small. We know where ever his spirit is now ,he's planning the U of M football party against Utah this Saturday. We are also sure his friends from Ohio are going to miss his outrageous bets he made when Michigan played Ohio. Hopefully this year he will have the last laugh. It was a joyous occasion to some when he had to burn his U of M flag in the fire-pit. \ We also know that his greatest achievement was having two daughters with great personalities, goals, & moxie. He was very proud of you both. We hope that with time your emptiness will heal & you will remember the good times.\ Our thoughts are with you both.\ Godspeed Danny & Rocky,your in our hearts !

I am so sorry we have lost Danny. I never saw Danny when he didn't have a hug, when he didn't ask about your family, and when he didn't have a laugh to share. The thing I loved best about Danny was he never put on airs. Danny would just tell it like it was and I found that refreshing. I will miss Danny he was one of my favorite people. God Bless You Danny. Now you can have the best seats in the house and know who's gonna win the games before everyone else!

We are thinking of the family and friends at this sad time. I considered Danny a very close friend even though I didn't know him but a few years. He and I loved to joke with each other and especially about Michigan and Ohio State football. We always would have a small wager on it. I have decide in honor of my friend I will fly the Michigan football flag on my golf cart. Danny we will miss your smiling face on the course and around the club house.

Johnny and I had the privilege of knowing Danny for the past eight years in Florida at Continental County Club. He and Johnny golfed together frequently. We all shared many happy hours partying together in the Clubhouse as well as house parties. Danny was a kind and caring person. We will treasure the memories and deeply miss him. It has been an honor to have known Danny. He was quite the guy. Its been my pleasure for the past 3 years to take part in the Memorial day races in Charlotte NC with Danny, Mike, Lynn, and Michael. I can say with a heavy heart he will be truly missedAaA From the witty comments and playful demeanor while trying to choose the best racer for that day. He always was a good sport even when his choice crashed into the wall or was beat. I can say from first hand experience, the loss of a Father, a Brother, a friend and even a companion is a difficult feet. Remembering all the pleasurable and fun times shared with him will help all through these tough and trying times.
