Obituary of Clara Marie Parrish

Of Caro, formerly of Fairgrove, age 84, died October 1, 2008 at St. MaryAaas of Michigan in Saginaw. She was born February 12, 1924 in Kinde, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Sarah (Carriveau) Souva. She was united in marriage to Clifford Parrish, who preceded her in death. Clara Marie was also well known for her love of Bingo.
Left to cherish her memory are her children; Cliff (Mary Ann) Parrish, Gary (Pat) Parrish, Larry Parrish, Judy (Charles) Dailey, Terry Parrish, Jayne (Mark Sanback) Palmerton and Mark (Carole) Parrish; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren and her three sisters; Marietta Bittner, Dora Grigg and Aritta Winkle.
Besides her husband Cliff, she was preceded in death by her parents; children, Janet Parrish and Robert Parrish; brothers, Ray Souva, Henry Souva and Nelson Souva and sisters, Cecelia Wales, Mildred Ross and Annabell Draher.
A memorial service will be held 1:00pm, Saturday, October 4, 2008 at the Moose Lodge in Caro. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the
Arrangements by Martin Funeral Home - Fairgrove.
