Obituary of Sadye Jeannette Brown

BROWN, Sadye Jeannette Of Clio, age 80, died Thursday, October 16, 2008 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Family will receive friends at the Miles Martin Funeral Home on Monday, October 20, 2008 from 11:00am to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm. A Scripture Service will be held on Monday at 3:45pm, Elder Kurt Watson officiating. Funeral service and burial will take place in Jasper, AL. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Sadye was born January 17, 1928 in Patton, AL the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse and Lena (Lollar) Ellis. She and Ervin AaA"BudAaA Brown were united in marriage August 25, 1945. He preceded her in death in 1986. Sadye leaves to cherish her memory her son Garry and wife Bea Brown, daughter Jeannette Stanley (Frank) 5 grandchildren, Korinia and husband Brad Vantil, Crystal Stanley, Frankie and husband Kyle Wallace, Jodi and husband Sgt. Scott Norcross, and Ronni and husband Ssg.Vinnie Oliver, 5 step grandchildren, Roxanne and husband Jeff Harrington, Jeff and wife Sharon Larman, Renae and husband Eric Adams, Crystal Kleinert and fiance Brad, and Darron Kleinert and fiance Veronica, 9 great grandchildren, Trent Shea, Brandon and Korie Vantil, Samantha and Crystine Yoesting, Dominic, Katilyn and Hunter Oliver, Shelby Norcross, and 8 step great grandchildren, Sheila, and Bryan Larman, Jeniffer and Jeff Harrington, Steven Mann, Kenneth and wife Ashley Larman, Tara Adams, and Caleb Farver, one brother Herbert and wife Norma Ellis, and one sister, Sue and husband Wayne Kiker. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband "Bud" step mother Ura Lollar, one great grandson, Jacob Norcross, and one brother, Huey Ellis.
