Jack R. Gerou
Of Mt. Morris, age 76, died Thursday, November 13, 2008 at Residence. The funeral service will take place 3:00 PM, Saturday, November 15, 2008 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Elder Garfield Cooper and Minister Mike Guest will officiate with burial to follow in Thetford Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00pm until time of service at 3:00pm.In Leau of flowers direct memorial contributions to The Valley Christian Academy in Burton. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Jack was born April 12, 1932 in Saginaw, Michigan. He and Gayla Gerou were united in marriage in 1963. Jack retired from Buick in 1995, and was a member of the UAW Local #599. Jack leaves to cherish his memory wife; Gayla, two sons; Lee and wife Suzie Knight, Dan and Joann Gerou, grandchildren; Autum, Aaron, Ashley and Josh Eason and great grandson Brody his brother Gladwin and wife Harriet. Jack was proceded in death by his parents, three sisters; Virginia Payne, Gladola Gerou and Bernice Compau.
